He has directed marketing for well-known brands like Intel and Lever Brothers, as well as mid-sized companies like Little Giant.
In 2002, Bruce launched Sprout Marketing to help multiple companies at once. Since then, Sprout has supported over 350 companies, launched more than 1,000 products, and generated $1 billion in additional revenue. Their unique model of offering part-time chief marketing officers and full-stack marketing execution has become essential for investors and innovative businesses.
Bruce is a sought-after speaker at conferences and is frequently quoted in business publications. He started his career at Ogilvy Advertising in NYC and is an enthusiastic adventure traveler. He currently serves as Executive Director of the International Society, connecting professionals worldwide.

Spencer is an entrepreneurial growth leader with a deep foundation in product and UX design and a career built at the intersection of empathy, strategy, and execution. Having served as a UX designer, founder, CMO, and CEO, Spencer brings a rare blend of customer insight and operational leadership. He has led companies through rapid growth, including scaling one venture from zero to $2 million per month in under two years. At the core of his work is a relentless focus on the customer experience. Spencer believes that the most powerful growth strategies begin with understanding how customers think, feel, and decide. Todd Christensen
EVP and Fractional CMO
Todd has extensive experience in strategic marketing, brand development, and M&A across financial services, public policy, and government affairs. He most recently served as CMO of CapEd Credit Union, where he helped guide the organization through a decade of major growth. During his eleven-year tenure, CapEd expanded from $500 million to $1.5 billion in assets and from fifty thousand to more than one hundred twenty-five thousand members.
He led several high-visibility partnerships, including the CapEd Downtown Boise Y, the Children’s Museum initiatives, and the CapEd CWI Student Success Center. His leadership emphasized community engagement, long-term strategy, and collaborative brand building. Earlier in his career, Todd served as President and CEO of three respected business and economic development associations, strengthening regional programs and organizational performance.
Todd remains active in statewide business and community work. He serves as a Director of the College of Western Idaho’s Foundation, a Director on the Friends of Idaho Public Television, and Chairs the Meridian Chamber Economic Development Committee. His continued involvement reflects his dedication to supporting education, public media, and economic growth across Idaho.
