Bruce Law
President and Founder of Sprout
Over the course of his 38-year marketing career which began on Madison Avenue, Bruce has become a recognized expert in building brands, generating sales, and capturing market share for virtually every kind of company, from startup to late stage, high-tech to packaged goods, for-profit to nonprofit. Bruce has directed marketing for household names like Intel and Lever Brothers, as well as mid-sized companies like Little Giant and Provo Craft.
In 2002, Bruce saw the opportunity to expand his marketing expertise to assist multiple companies simultaneously, and Sprout Marketing was born. Since then, Sprout has guided the marketing of more than 300 clients, launched over 1,000 products, and added $1 billion in incremental revenue to its portfolio companies. Sprout’s unique approach of providing part-time chief marketing officers to organizations that otherwise wouldn’t be able to afford one has become a must-have growth solution for startups, small businesses, and mid-sized companies alike.
Bruce is a popular and provocative speaker at conferences and universities and is regularly quoted in business and marketing publications. Bruce began his career in 1985 at Ogilvy Advertising in New York City, then the third largest ad agency in the world. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising from BYU. He served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 1981-82 in Kobe Japan. Bruce speaks Japanese and French. He is an avid sailor and world explorer. He currently serves as Executive Director of the International Society, an organization connecting professionals across the globe to help ease suffering. He and his wife have four children and currently reside in Boise, Idaho.
Over the last decade as VP of Sprout Marketing, Jason has helped over 150 companies across two dozen industries take their marketing to the next level. As part of Sprout's unique CMO-for-hire model, he specializes in go-to-market strategy, corporate branding, messaging and positioning, company repositioning, product rollout, company launches and sales acceleration while providing an inexpensive alternative to hiring a full-time CMO or agency.
Jason enjoys working in the trenches with clients to solve problems and create solutions that add lasting value to the company. Jason holds a Bachelors in Advertising and a Masters in Mass Communications from BYU. He speaks fluent Spanish and enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 kids.
Todd Christensen
EVP of Sprout Marketing
Todd has proven experience in strategic marketing, brand strategy, and M&A in financial services, public policy, and government affairs. He recently served as CMO of CapEd Credit Union, growing the financial institution from $500M to $1.5B in assets and from 50,000 to over 125,000 members during his 11-year career. He spearheaded the CapEd Downtown Boise Y, Children’s Museum, and CapEd CWI Student Success Center partnerships. He served as President and CEO of three leading business and economic development associations. Todd is active in the State’s business community serving as Director of the College of Western Idaho’s Foundation, Director on the Friends of Idaho Public TV, and Chair of the Meridian Chamber Economic Development Committee.

Recognized for her innovative thinking and strong problem-solving skills, she brings a hands-on approach to every project, ensuring client goals are met with creativity and precision. Outside of work, Olivia enjoys spending time at her local beaches, staying active, exploring new places, and supporting women-focused community groups.
